I participated in this year’s edition of Zinefest Berlin: On thin ice, an independent zine and illustration festival.
It was organized at Gelengenheiten community space, where me and many more artists and collectives could appreciate a good organization, a very cool space and a great public (all these words to avoid saying “vibes”, a word I’m starting to loathe).
I really hope Berlin will offer more of these truly community-led and original events, instead of reliyng uniquely on “vibes” and gentrification to support art events in the spring season.
